Amazing! I have three rules for the warrior's apology:

1. Apologize sincerely.

2. Accept responsibility for my actions.

3. Make corrective actions.

In my experience, the phrase, "I was wrong" is more powerful than "I apologize."

I am your sister in law Apologize accepted But what I think is important. What we were trying to at Berkeley. You want remarkable you do Chibran and you do Gomez We were trying to the Chicano perspective out. The internet happened and now our Mexican community is unbeliievably powerlfull I I got an A+ from my library dean working with Cha ran

When admitting to a mistake, I follow the 3 As:

- Acknowledge what I did wrong,

- Apologize for doing so, and

- Atone for the mistake.

That was awesome, Guy. Thanks for the tips and insights. Apologizing, taking responsibility, asking for forgiveness, and making things right, if possible -- those are the marks of someone with good character. May I hold myself to that standard.

Great podcast! However, I was really hoping to hear Lisa give an example of what an A grade apology would have been from been from Paul Sherrell, rather than just say it's really bad for these reasons... It seems like crafting apologies is something AI could be really helpful with.
